Basic Crew Eligibility Module

What You'll Learn:

  • Cabin crew roles and responsibilities.

  • The basic requirements that airlines set for their crew.

  • Why professionalism and customer servic is iportant.

The eligibility module gives you the basic "gist" of what being aircrew entails. It leads very nicely into the overall training that you will receive in these two days.​

Mock Interview Module

What You'll Learn:

  • Individualized attention , with personal feedback for your profile.

The mock interview module is one of the most important of the day. It is your interview that will seal the deal with airlines, and kickstart your career.​

  • Reserving your seat is simple! Just fill out our reservation form, choose your preferred dates, and that's it! Our streamlined one-two process makes it quick and easy to secure your spot.

  • We recommend business casual attire for the workshop. This helps create a professional environment and prepares you for the dress standards expected in the aviation industry. Comfortable shoes are also advised as there will be practical sessions

  • Bring a notebook and a pen for taking notes, and your enthusiasm for learning! All other materials, including any necessary handouts and equipment for practical exercises, will be provided by us.

  • Payment is to be made on the day of the workshop in cash. This is our preferred payment method as it allows us to manage and allocate resources efficiently, ensuring that all participants have the best possible experience. Additionally, accepting cash payments helps us keep the costs of the workshop lower by avoiding transaction fees associated with credit cards and other electronic payment methods.

  • No prior experience is required. Our workshops are designed to cater to both beginners and those with some experience in the aviation industry. We provide comprehensive training to ensure everyone can benefit.

  • The workshop covers a wide range of topics including an introduction to the aviation industry, customer service excellence, safety and emergency procedures, grooming and personal presentation, and in-flight service techniques. Each session is designed to be interactive and engaging.

  • As no payment is made in advance, we do not have a refund policy. However, we understand that plans can change, so we offer the flexibility to reschedule your booking to a later date if notified at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Yes, all participants who complete the workshop will receive a certificate of attendance. This certificate can be a valuable addition to your resume when applying for cabin crew positions.

  • Light refreshments during breaks are provided on both days of the workshop. We strive to cater to dietary preferences and restrictions, so please let us know your requirements in advance.

  • To ensure a high-quality learning experience and personalized attention, we limit each workshop to a maximum of 20 participants. This allows for interactive sessions and ample opportunity for one-on-one coaching.
